1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from ecomnius.com ("Ecomnius", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase our themes.

2. What you're buying

Our themes are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a theme grants you a license to use it according to the tier you selected at checkout (e.g. single site, multi-site, or extended/reseller license) — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the theme's code or design.

3. Checkout and payment

Checkout is processed entirely by our payment partners — Lemon Squeezy for Shopify themes and Freemius for WooCommerce themes. We never see or store your card details. Your receipt, download link, and license key are delivered by whichever of these providers processed your order.

4. Refunds

5. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or share a theme's source files beyond the license tier you purchased, remove copyright/license notices from the code, or use the theme for anything unlawful.

6. Updates and support

Themes include free updates and support for as long as your license is active, delivered through the same provider (Lemon Squeezy or Freemius) you purchased through.

7. Limitation of liability

Themes are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a theme.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
