1. What we collect

• Name, email, and message when you use our Contact form.
• Order details (email, theme purchased, license tier) recorded when you complete a purchase.
• Basic analytics about site visits (pages viewed, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
• Chat messages if you use the live chat widget (Crisp) in the corner of the site.

2. What we don't collect

We never see or store your payment card details. Checkout is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy (Shopify themes) or Freemius (WooCommerce themes), each of which has its own privacy policy covering payment data.

3. Third-party services we use

• Lemon Squeezy / Freemius — checkout, license keys, receipts
• Resend — delivering emails you send us via the Contact form
• Crisp — live chat widget
• Google Analytics — site traffic analytics
• Vercel — hosting and site analytics
• Supabase — our database, for storing theme and order data

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy in addition to this one.

4. Cookies

Google Analytics and Crisp may set cookies to recognize repeat visitors and keep your chat session going. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though chat and analytics may be affected.

5. How we use your data

To respond to your messages, deliver your purchase, provide support, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you (e.g. your Contact form submissions) by reaching out via our Contact page. Data held by our payment providers is subject to their own policies and retention rules.
