Refund Policy

Our themes are digital products delivered instantly after purchase. Because the files (and license key) are available to you as soon as checkout completes, we do not offer refunds once a theme has been purchased and downloaded.

The one exception is a genuine technical issue with the theme itself that our support team is unable to resolve. If you run into a problem, please contact us first — most issues can be fixed quickly, and we'll consider a refund only if we're unable to get the theme working as described.
